About Us
Chainlink Labs is one of the primary contributing developers of Chainlink, the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance. The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.
Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, ANZ, Aave, GMX, Lido, and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link. Chainlink Labs ranked #6 on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Technology™ 2025.
About The Role
Chainlink decentralized oracle networks provide tamper-proof inputs, outputs, and computations to support advanced smart contracts on any blockchain. As the ecosystem continues to grow at an explosive pace we are building the infrastructure to further secure the reliability of our networks and incentivize good behaviour.
As an Engineering Manager for the Developer Experience team, you will lead a team of approximately ten talented engineers across two sub-teams: DevEx CI/CD and DevEx Tooling. The DevEx CI/CD sub-team is responsible for creating a holistic and streamlined CI/CD experience for delivering both off-chain and on-chain code. This includes establishing golden paths, managing hosted and self-hosted runners, embedding security best practices, and handling artifact management.
The DevEx Tooling sub-team focuses on building comprehensive tooling and frameworks for end-to-end (E2E) testing, covering functional testing as well as non-functional testing types such as performance, load, and chaos testing. Additionally, this team is responsible for developing operational tools supporting multisig operations and streamlined node-change management.
Your ImpactLead, mentor, and develop up to ten software and SRE engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling career growth.
Drive the development and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, including self-service tooling, automation, secure-by-design principles, and compliance.
Oversee the development of advanced testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements across multiple blockchain and off-chain products.
Partner closely with engineering leadership, product management, and security teams to define and deliver robust developer tooling and operational frameworks.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to set clear expectations, align on scope, and ensure timely delivery of self-service tooling and services
Champion best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability across the DevEx team.
Maintain team health and productivity through effective project management, clear communication, and supportive team practices.
