As a Team Lead in our Boards group, you will build, guide and mentor a talented team, contributing directly to the development of our flagship product. Your leadership will help shape and drive the evolution of our architecture and engineering practices to support the ever-growing scale of our users, features, and data.

- Build and design delightful, high-performing user interfaces, while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Requirements
- Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
- Extensive experience with frontend development, particularly in designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance building blocks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences
- Adept at working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
