What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of our products. You'll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the highest quality of engineering work, and supporting the professional growth of your team members.

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Own your team’s delivery, quality and timely execution
  • Guide key technical decisions around new product initiatives
  • Work closely with other departments, including product, design, and QA, to align engineering activities with company objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new engineering team members

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in software development with at least 2 years of engineering leadership experience
  • You have built and developed an impactful team of passionate engineers
  • You are able to tackle sophisticated engineering problems that deliver results which help the team to achieve its objectives
  • You’re passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact
