Electrical Engineering Technician

We are seeking a multidisciplinary electrical engineering technician. On a day-to-day basis, you will assemble, test, and maintain electrical systems. Ideally, you will have experience in electro-mechanical systems, a passion for problem solving and direct experience in an electronics lab.
Requirements:
- PCBA inspection, assembly, and rework.
- Disassemble, debug, and assemble robotic systems
- Proven skills with prototyping and ability to maintain electrical & electronic systems according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and basic knowledge of electronics.
- Ability to review schematics and develop cable assembly.
- Identify and troubleshoot design problems that arise during the building of electrical systems
- Inspect designs for quality control, report findings, and make recommendations.
- Document, diagram and write specifications for assembly and rework.
- Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
- Set up test equipment and evaluate the performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems and then analyze test information to resolve design-related problems.
- Great communication, written and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux experience is a plus
Experience:
- Associates in Electrical Engineering/Technology or relevant work experience
- Five plus years of hands-on work on electronics/electro-mechanical systems.
