About the Role:

As our Engagement Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in scaling member registration and engagement across Lyra Health's full book of business. Building the operating models, playbooks, and scaled marketing solutions that make it possible to deliver high-quality engagement to every customer without requiring 1:1 customization. We're looking for a builder and systems thinker who can translate what works with individual customers into repeatable marketing programming and processes that reach many customers efficiently, and who is comfortable partnering across Customer Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy & Operations, and Analytics to make that happen.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems and repeatable models rather than one-off solutions — a marketer who wants their impact to be felt across hundreds of customers rather than a handful.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Scaled Marketing Operating Models: Design and own repeatable operating models and marketing frameworks that enable high-quality engagement programs to be delivered consistently across commercial and large  customers.
  • Develop Member Engagement Playbooks: Create standardized engagement playbooks and B2B2C marketing strategies tied to size of customer, industry, tenure, and product configuration  that Customer Marketing Managers and Customer Success teams can deploy without building from scratch each time.
  • Drive Registration and Utilization at Scale: Partner with Member Marketing, CS, Workforce Transformation, Creative, Operations, and Analytics teams to build automated, trigger-based communication programs that lift member registration and utilization across the full customer base.
  • Standardize Assets and Toolkits: Oversee the development of a library of customizable, on-brand marketing assets and toolkits, partnering closely with Creative Design and Content teams.
  • Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Work with analytics to design tracking methodology, and reporting to evaluate the performance of scaled programs, using data to identify what to test, refine, retire, or expand.
  • Process and Systems Ownership: Own and evolve the marketing templates, tools, workflows, and systems that allow engagement marketing to operate efficiently at scale as the customer base grows.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, including experience building, standardizing, or scaling marketing programs across multiple customer segments or accounts; B2B2C or consumer health experience a plus.
  • Systems and Process Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes, playbooks, and operating models — not just execute one-off campaigns.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate program performance across many accounts simultaneously and translate insights into scaled marketing recommendations and high performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Analytics teams to build and ship solutions. .
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders along as you evolve ways of working and customer marketing activities..
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Highspot, and/or Jira required.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating with a good deal of latitude, exercising judgment in selecting the right methods and techniques as priorities evolve.
