As an Engagement Manager in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As an Engagement Manager, you will help build our brand within one of our strategic growth areas, help us build a team, and lead them through selling and delivering consulting programs.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Delivery: Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
- Account Leadership: Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy
- People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
- Practice Building: Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and the broader Life Sciences industry
- Mindset: A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
The Process
- You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment
- Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
- The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
- Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward

Compensation
- Base pay: $85,000 - $210,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
