This role will manage our enablement tech stack, including Highspot, and will also support scalable program operations across onboarding, training, and communications. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of systems thinking, process execution, and field enablement strategy.

This position offers a salary range of $108,800.00 to $118,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

The Enablement Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and evolving the systems, processes, and frameworks that support global revenue enablement initiatives. This role will manage our enablement tech stack, including Highspot, and will also support scalable program operations across onboarding, training, and communications. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of systems thinking, process execution, and field enablement strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the administration, configuration, and governance of key enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot).
- Partner with internal contributors; Operations, IT, and Enablement to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system access, structure, user management, and licensing.
- Design and maintain scalable processes for content tagging, user permissions, and reporting.
- Track tool adoption and usage analytics to provide actionable insights and drive ongoing optimization.
- Support onboarding of new users and build guides, templates, and documentation for system usage.
- Evaluate new tools and integrations to support evolving enablement needs and improve the seller experience.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to GTM team members using enablement tools.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing sales or enablement technology platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, LMS platforms, or similar.
- Solid process orientation with the ability to design, document, and scale systems.
- Experience gathering and analyzing tool usage metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environments is a plus
