What You'll Do


 Executive & All Hands Support

  • Plan and execute monthly All Hands meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, and post-meeting recaps.
  • Support executive-level communications, including new hire calls, leadership roundtables, and ongoing executive content initiatives.

 Engagement & Culture

  • Partner with HR to manage the employee engagement survey process, including results communication and action plan tracking.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture and employer brand, including talent programs and recruitment marketing.
  • Build and support Employee Resource Group (ERG) infrastructure, including governance and program cadence.
  • Own volunteer and community giving programs.

 

Calendar & Communications Management

  • Maintain a company-wide calendar of key HR and enterprise milestones.
  • Manage internal communication channels and platforms, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
  • Support additional communications initiatives as business needs arise.

 

Employer Brand & Social Presence

  • Manage the company's employer brand presence across platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn, keeping content current and engaging with reviews and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain content highlighting company culture, teams, and community involvement.

 

Leadership Communications

  • Develop resources and toolkits that help people leaders communicate effectively with their teams

 

What You Bring

  • Self-starter who navigates ambiguity well, translating loosely defined goals into action and proactively surfacing ways to strengthen the function.
  • Builds trust and credibility with audiences ranging from the C-suite to frontline staff, adjusting the tone and message based on the channel and audience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented professional who manages multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently delivers against deadlines.

 

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in internal communications, program management, and/or strategic HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management, strategic planning, and change management.
  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HR integration and culture/engagement initiatives is a plus.
