Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for EMEA client programs, ensuring consistent alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the VP of Client Success, to design, launch, and continuously enhance SDR programs.
- Proactively identify client risks and opportunities to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage SDR teams across multiple countries within EMEA.
- Coach and mentor SDRs to consistently achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality pipeline opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills-based training sessions using tools like internal sales coaching resources and AI-driven role-play platforms.
- Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and customized research methods to build and maintain prospect databases.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold call scripts, email cadences, and playbooks adapted to the cultural nuances of the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with marketing and client teams to align messaging and outreach strategies with client objectives.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards across various CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with the flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Oversee CRM buildouts, including the creation of reporting and dashboards, to ensure seamless integration with client processes and transparency into our team’s activities and outcomes.
- Generate weekly and quarterly reports for clients, showcasing proficiency in Word and Excel for professional formatting and presentation.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited European or international institution.
- Proven experience in managing Sales Development teams, particularly within the technology or SaaS sector, across diverse EMEA markets.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing SDR teams within a remote, hybrid, or multi-country EMEA environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with a working knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation in others (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or regional CRM platforms).
- Expertise in building high-quality prospect databases for Sales Development initiatives using tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market-specific research strategies tailored for EMEA regions.
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to resonate across different European business cultures and drive high engagement rates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; additional European language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, adaptable to the nuances of EMEA markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for the preparation of professional reports, performance tracking, and client presentations.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership in managing client programs, with the ability to identify both areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with digital marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns supporting outbound sales is an advantage.
