We are looking for an analytically sharp and highly motivated EMEA Pricing Analyst to join our Strategic Sales & Analytics team in London. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketplace, this role sits within our global Marketplace team and is focused on delivering excellence in pricing and promotional data governance across the EMEA region. You'll play a key role in enabling smarter, faster commercial decisions by standardising and managing key pricing tools, especially as we evolve our data-driven approach in markets like Germany and beyond.
There is significant opportunity to influence meaningful change-particularly through better management of SOA controls and promotional strategy enablement in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all day-to-day pricing and promo governance activities for the German market, including:
    • Aggregation, vetting, and confirmation of promo changes
    • MEC (Market Execution Calendar) file updates and communication
    • Promo grid creation and upkeep
  • Drive standardisation of pricing and promotional governance processes across EMEA, aligning with global frameworks:
    • Manage MEC and CEC (Customer Execution Calendar) governance
    • Integrate German pricing data into SFO (Sales Force Optimization) tools
  • Lead EU Price Bible maintenance and governance:
    • Collate, verify, and confirm RRP changes across markets
    • Ensure price differentiation is accurately reflected across countries
    • Maintain and distribute clean, usable versions of pricing files regularly
  • Support the Senior Manager, Marketplace with ad hoc strategic pricing projects across the EMEA region

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing, or retail promotion within an international business
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle large, complex datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Proven experience with BI & data visualisation tools such as QlikView, DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience in data modelling and statistical computing techniques a plus
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed global environments, particularly across EMEA markets
