What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own the execution of BRUNT Workwear’s email and SMS campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end while working closely with leadership to drive customer engagement. How You’ll Do It:

Email Operations

  • Own the execution of all email campaigns within Klayvio and Postscript for DTC audiences. 
  • Serve as the final reviewer for all SMS and email campaigns, ensuring that content is accurate, grammatically correct, and distributed on-time. 
  • Maintain, segment, and optimize email lists for data driven customer targeting and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key database health metrics, such as Open Rate, Click Rate, Conversation Rate, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance WoW, MoM and YoY.
  • Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and industry trends. 

Marketing Strategy

  • Collaborate with Design, Content, Wholesale, and Growth teams to align email & SMS strategies with business objectives, monthly campaigns, and Limited Edition launches. 
  • Work with Retention Leadership to optimize the email deployment calendar, ensuring alignment with department KPIs and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Support A/B testing and conversation rate optimization initiatives. 
  • Support the development and optimization of automated email and SMS flows. 

What You Need to Succeed:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Email and SMS Marketing. 
  • Exposure to analytical tools and reporting, with the ability to monitor key performance indicators and provide data driven recommendations. 
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. 
  • Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet analysis 
  •  Familiar with email service providers (ESPs) and proficient in building, scheduling, and sending campaigns/automations in platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and ensure accuracy and consistency in campaigns.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently, in a fast-paced, high growth environment. 
  • Experience with Klavio, Postscript, Shopify, and Figma preferred. 
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and is able to independently solve problems.
