This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Part-time Email Marketing Assistant to support the execution, coordination, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, primarily through HubSpot. They operate in the marketing and advertising space and have built a growing business supporting multiple client campaigns and digital initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing several moving pieces at the same time. The Email Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to build and schedule campaigns, maintain accurate CRM data and assets, coordinate client deliverables, and help ensure campaigns launch correctly and on time.
Because this position involves quick turnaround times, multiple deadlines, and simultaneous client deliverables, candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift. Previous experience supporting client advertising campaigns is highly valuable, and familiarity with WordPress is a strong plus.
- Build, format, and schedule email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Create and update email templates while maintaining consistent branding, formatting, and messaging.
- Perform detailed pre-launch reviews to confirm links, formatting, audience segmentation, content, and scheduling are accurate.
- Conduct campaign testing and quality assurance before emails go live.
- Organize and maintain email assets, contact lists, workflows, and other campaign resources within the CRM.
- Coordinate multiple client deliverables while keeping projects organized and aligned with deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to execute campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives efficiently.
- Monitor email campaign performance and assist with reporting and performance tracking.
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, or other campaign elements when appropriate.
- Help identify opportunities to improve email campaign performance and execution processes.
- Maintain clear and organized marketing documentation.
- Support advertising-related client campaigns and associated deliverables as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities and quick turnaround requests without sacrificing accuracy.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot Email Builder.
- Previous experience executing or supporting email marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing campaign content, links, formatting, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, campaigns, deadlines, and client deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote marketing team.
- Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and changing priorities.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace suitable for remote work.
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related area.
- Practical experience building and editing marketing emails in HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, contact lists, workflows, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with campaign QA, testing, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Experience supporting or coordinating client advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
- Previous A/B testing experience is preferred.
- Experience within a marketing agency, advertising company, or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- WordPress experience is a strong advantage.
- HubSpot certifications are considered a strong advantage.
