Position Summary:

Join Hudson Global Scholars as a Business Development Account Manager, managing both existing and new B2B clients. Responsibilities include lead management, relationship building, CRM maintenance, accurate forecasting, achieving sales targets, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer needs.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans.
  • Understand our products to qualify leads and support customers.
  • Participate in meetings and strategic planning.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Build relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.

Daily Tasks:

  • Generate and convert leads.
  • Make hot and cold calls.
  • Present products via Zoom using the Sandler Sales System.
  • Provide accurate quotes and process orders.
  • Maintain CRM with notes and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2+ years in sales; education technology sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of meeting quotas and positive customer feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and Sandler Sales System or similar methodologies.
  • Available for occasional travel
