- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data sets to perform analysis and validation.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to gather feedback from associates and present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage testing activities, document results, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reliable transportation is required to support weekly visits to the assigned store.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Coursework or experience in optimization, simulation, or operations research.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, retail operations, or supply chain processes.
- Experience conducting testing, quality assurance, or process improvement projects.
