How you will create an impact

In this role, you will handle various support functions for the Global Engineering Client Logistics Team. This team engages in a wide range of responsibilities both internal across multiple Risk Consulting groups, and external working with clients, brokers, and vendors.

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support vendor management by tracking vendor invoices, ensuring vendor work billed has been performed, and processing invoices for payment in internal systems

  • Engage in client facing activities such as distributing reports, scheduling surveys, creating presentations and following up on risk improvement recommendations and assisting with presentation creation/editing

  • Attend team meetings to provide support for designated regions

  • Assist leadership with tasks that help facilitate the effective operation of the team such as:

    • Managing calendars, budgeting for and arranging on-site meetings, tracking expenses

    • Identifying and resolving administrative and operational issues by analyzing information and communicating solutions

    • Participating in the work assignment process by routing incoming requests

    • Creating reports and analyzing data using tools such as Power BI

    • Managing and ownership of group mailboxes, account lists, shared drives, team sites, etc.

    • Assisting with the maintenance of account and prospect lists, liaise with underwriting to ensure status and information on accounts is accurate

    • Providing special project support for the global team

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in similar administrative and/or operational support roles

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

  • Data-driven individual who focuses on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Learning agility – willingness to learn from experiences and new situations

  • Client servicing – ability to anticipate internal and external client needs and act proactively

  • Ability to work on long term projects with minimal oversight

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work flexible hours to attend global phone meetings in early morning/late evening

  • Experience utilizing enterprise systems such SAP, Service Now, Share Point, Concur, SalesForce a plus
