Dropship Specialist

Our Opportunity
Chewy is hiring Specialists for our Dropship Operations team. Responsibilities include managing vendor ticket resolution, customer service ticket resolution, vendor fulfillment center management, and new vendor setup. The Dropship Specialist will often be the first point of contact for vendors; it is critical to deliver high quality, thoughtful service to our vendors. This person will directly develop our vendor partners' and customers' experience, which in turn builds the Chewy brand. A successful candidate will complete and deliver priorities in an organized fashion and according to service level agreements (SLAs). They will consistently deliver routine tasks that support broader category strategies and maintain vendor relationships through challenging situations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail, be adaptable and apply learnings quickly, and be able to work well with internal and external partners. In this role, you will need to be flexible, passionate about finding solutions, and have a Customers First approach.
What You'll Do

• Resolve vendor and customer service tickets on a daily and weekly basis, in line with our SLA's
• Ensure new vendors are onboarded according to SLAs
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise through onboarding and bring in support to resolve when necessary
• Work cross-functionally with category management, delivery experience, customer service, catalog, and transportation teams

What You'll Need

• Completion of a BS/BA degree
• 0-1+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing
• Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus)
• Be a self-starter who delivers results
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Solid time, data, and organizational management skills
• Excellent attention to detail

The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) and are eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO)Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Hourly Range
$27.40-$41.11 USD
