Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Truck Drivers-Non CDL and CDL  to join our Transportation team.

We are hosting an onsite job fair for Non CDL and CDL - Truck Drivers  . This is your chance to meet our team and be interviewed on the spot!

  • When:     WEDNESDAY-MAY 27, 2026-Wednesday
  • Time:       10 AM-3 PM
  • Location:    11701 Missouri Bottom Road, HAZELWOOD, MO 63042 –building on the right and last door on the right.
  • What to Bring: Please bring a copy of your resume for an on-the-spot interview.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
  • Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
  • Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21.A consistently good driving record. Pre-employment requirements include comprehensive background check, drug screening, MVR check and DOT physical. 
  • Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
  • Proven Ability in physical capacity, including the ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
