FLSA Status: N/A; (Servicemember will be a participant in the DoD SkillBridge program with potential for full-time employment upon program completion)
During this time, you will work closely with our team to gain practical knowledge and contribute to ongoing initiatives that support our customer’s mission and objectives. Through the Fellowship, you will:
- Gain exposure to our operational processes, technologies, and mission objectives
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple teams
- Participate in assigned projects and learning opportunities relevant to your area of interest
- Consistent with the Skillbridge / Hiring our Heroes program, you will be compensated by your military employer and not T2S during your Fellowship.. A Fellow who demonstrates strong performance, professionalism, and alignment with organizational needs may be considered for future full-time employment should the needs of T2S permit upon the conclusion of a Fellowship.
