What We Need

We are looking for a Director of Trust & Safety Enforcement & Infrastructure to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our global T&S enforcement strategies. This role is critical in ensuring that our platforms remain safe, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory standards. You will partner with product, policy, engineering, legal, and operations teams to define and operationalize enforcement frameworks, drive product compliance initiatives, and oversee the execution and analysis of content moderation, anti-abuse, and compliance, at scale.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic leadership, product thinking, regulatory expertise, and operational rigor, with a proven track record of leading enforcement and compliance programs in a fast-moving tech ecosystem.

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead global enforcement strategy for compliance, content moderation, player safety, and platform integrity.
  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for Trust & Safety enforcement tooling and infrastructure.
  • Establish consistent standards, escalation protocols, and quality frameworks for enforcement actions.
  • Partner with Ops teams to ensure scaled moderation workflows meet both internal policy and regulatory obligations.
  • Anticipate emerging risks and regulatory requirements, ensuring proactive adaptation in enforcement systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed safety and compliance controls into product design.
  • Drive transparency and accountability through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and manage a team of T&S product managers, enforcement leads and safety analysts.
  • Develop talent and foster a culture of responsibility, resilience, and continuous learning within the T&S org.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, with demonstrated interest and ability in Content Moderation, Anti-Abuse,  Compliance and/or Product Management, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling enforcement teams and systems, including anti-abuse, anti-fraud, content moderation, and/or compliance programs.
  • Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes impacting digital products (e.g., online safety, data protection, consumer protection).
  • Strong technical and operational acumen—able to drive initiatives from policy definition through product implementation to scaled operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence across executive, legal, technical, and operational teams.
  • Metrics and data-orientated, and skilled in trend analysis.

The right candidate would have:

  • Technical proficiency and deep knowledge of T&S infrastructure, workflows, abuse vectors, and third-party vendors operating in this space.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry and the regulatory frameworks that apply - or the interest, motivation, and proven ability to deeply understand and operationalise regulatory frameworks. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguity with discipline, judgement and accountability. 
  • Proven success leading a multi-disciplinary team, or with incubating new teams.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience working with AI/ML systems for proactive abuse detection and moderation preferred
  • Knowledge of data privacy and data architecture problem spaces.
  • Strong understanding of current approaches for technical infrastructure and systems architecture in Trust & Safety operations, particularly within the gaming industry.
  • Passion for 2K games and our player community.
