So, What's the role all about?
The Director of Global Treasury is responsible for overseeing the organization’s global cash flow, liquidity management, banking relationships, and financial risk, including insurance. This role leads strategic planning and execution of treasury operations, including cash forecasting, investments, debt management FX exposure and hedging, and compliance with financial policies. The Director collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure optimal capital structure, support business growth, and manage financial risks.
How will you make an impact?
- Portfolio investments, interest income analysis and forecasting, compliance, risk and strategy on Nice’s investment portfolio.
- Management of cash, working capital, and liquidity requirements for the corporate and its subsidiaries
- FX hedging, exposure identification, FX trading, effectiveness testing and forecasting
- Shares Repurchase (buyback), strategy, execution and performance analysis
- Global Insurance programs, renewals, negotiation and risk mitigation
- Manage Account receivable performance, Credit limit review and Aging review.
- Implement enhanced treasury processes (disbursements, cash and investment balance reporting, compliance)
- Prepares financial management reports for treasury activities.
- Explore, implement and enhance AI tools and solution with the treasury workflows and processes
Have you got what it takes?
- Degree in Finance or Economic and/or Accounting.
- Vast relevant experience in a global public company
- Broad knowledge in finance (Portfolio investments, interest income analysis and forecasting, compliance, risk and strategy)
- 7-10 years of experience in senior level treasury position including: investments management, FX management and risk management.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
- Hands-on attitude.
- High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance.
- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
