So, what’s the role all about?
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Product Manager – Portfolio to drive roadmap alignment and cross-organizational visibility across NICE’s Customer Experience (CX) product suite. In this role, you will serve as a central coordination point—ensuring that all product lines align to shared goals, release timelines, and platform-level priorities.
How will you make an impact?
You will be responsible for managing and communicating a unified roadmap view, identifying risks and dependencies, and enabling consistency in planning across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer-facing functions.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and delivering clarity in complex environments.
Portfolio Roadmap Management
- Own the creation, maintenance, and communication of the cross-product roadmap for CXone and related CX solutions
- Partner with product managers across multiple teams to collect, align, and synthesize individual roadmaps into a coherent portfolio view
- Track dependencies, identify conflicts or gaps, and proactively escalate risks or misalignments
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Coordinate quarterly and annual planning processes across product and engineering teams
- Align roadmaps with strategic business priorities, GTM plans, and platform-level objectives
- Facilitate alignment between technical deliverables and market/customer needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Executive Leadership
- Ensure consistency of messaging, prioritization, and timing across initiatives
- Support communication of roadmap themes and updates to both internal and external stakeholders
Communication & Transparency
- Build and deliver executive-level presentations and planning artifacts
- Maintain shared roadmap tools and documentation that improve visibility and decision-making
- Champion portfolio planning best practices across teams
Have you got what it takes?
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Portfolio Operations
- Experience managing multi-product roadmaps or coordinating product planning in large organizations
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and program coordination skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences
- Ability to synthesize and align inputs from diverse stakeholders into a cohesive plan
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in matrixed environments
- Familiarity with product development methodologies (Agile, SAFe, etc.) and planning tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Confluence)
- Bonus:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or customer experience platforms
- Prior exposure to portfolio planning, capacity planning, or strategic operations roles
- Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities
