Job Summary

The Supply Chain Launch Lead will be responsible for the global commercial launch of Intellia’s late-stage assets. The role will report directly to the Vice President of CMC Program Strategy and Operations.

Duties/Responsibilities

As the Supply Chain Launch Lead, you will:

  • Lead the Supply Chain Launch Team

  • Build business processes to support Intellia’s becoming a commercial organization

  • Orchestrate the execution of the supply chain requirements for US commercial launch

  • Oversee the planning and execution of the Supply Chain launch strategy to ensure product availability

  • Build comprehensive and integrated launch project plan and goals

  • Ensure proper project management oversight on all elements of launch team workstreams

  • Ensure budget adherence for launch related expenses

  • Prepare routine updates to senior leadership

  • Identify and escalate business critical risks impacting supply and/or timelines with related mitigations and/or possible solutions

Requirements

Skills/Abilities

  • Prior commercial launch experience, with focus on US, including:

    • Packaging and labeling

    • Artwork execution

    • Serialization

    • 3PL interactions

    • Trade compliance

    • Product security
       

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory management, and supply planning methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain data, identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain planning performance.

  • Demonstrated experience with working with external partners (i.e. CMOs).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building and cross functional team management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Ability to work within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and high-visibility environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Experience

12+ years of applicable experience
