This is an exciting opportunity to build trusted relationships, deliver measurable results, and serve as the voice of our partners internally. You’ll work closely with Customer Success to retain a portfolio of industry-leading brands all while looking for the next big partnership. This role is best suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, business strategy, and operational execution.

  • Actively monitor partner health, identifying risks early and creating mitigation strategies.
  • Collect feedback and insights from partners to help shape product and service improvements.
  • Track and report performance on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), NPS, and other success metrics.

Skills for Success

  • Strong relationship builder, capable of influencing and engaging at all levels of partner organizations.
  • Significant understanding of Go-to-Market Channel strategies
  • Driven to excel in a target focused sales environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across business units.
