About the RoleWe’re looking for a true hunter to join PartsBase and take full ownership of new business revenue.
This is a Director-level IC role—not a team management position (at least to start). You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, running the full sales cycle, and closing new logos in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What You’ll Be DoingOwning the entire sales cycle (prospecting → close)
Driving new logo acquisition through outbound efforts
Building pipeline using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Operating in a high-performance, KPI-driven environment
Partnering directly with senior leadership
Closing complex deals and engaging with C-level stakeholders
5+ years of SaaS full-cycle sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
Strong outbound / prospecting skills (this is not an inbound role)
Comfortable being hands-on and accountable for your number
Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven sales orgs
High-impact, high-visibility position
Direct line to executive leadership
