Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a significant book of business while building and developing a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate understands the programmatic media landscape, brings strong agency relationships, and has the coaching and leadership skills to help a high-performing sales team reach its goals.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company; however, our Sales teams are regionalized. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates located in Florida or the broader Southeast region.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately six Account Executives.
  • Establish regular 1:1s and team rhythms to support performance, development, and accountability.
  • Help AEs build pipeline, grow existing accounts, and close new business with agencies and brands.
  • Join client meetings and pitches, both virtually and in person, to support the team and progress opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Florida independent agency market.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong to identify trends, improve execution, and support data-informed coaching.
  • Travel with Account Executives to meet clients, support new business efforts, and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, share market feedback, and support business growth.
  • Lead the adoption of new sales strategies, technologies, and processes while maintaining team performance and momentum.
What you’ll bring to the table
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Account Executive in programmatic media, digital advertising, AdTech, or a related space, followed by 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • A strong understanding of programmatic media, agency and brand media-buying processes, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.
  • A proven track record of selling to agencies and brands as an individual contributor at a DSP, ad platform, or similar organization.
  • Established relationships within the Florida or Southeast agency market, particularly with independent agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop Account Executives while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance team leadership with hands-on support for strategic opportunities.
  • Experience leading change, including the adoption of new sales strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong client relationship and presentation skills, with the ability to serve as a senior point of escalation.
  • A collaborative approach and a track record of partnering effectively with Client Services, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
