You’ll always have your finger on the pulse of what is most important to our travel partners (First Mates) and you’ll think creatively to make sure it’s super easy and fun for them to send sailors our way. You’re competitive and love blowing away goals but you genuinely care that your team and your partners are winners because of it. • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
