This is a field-based role that will require a minimum of 50% travel to our customers sites and industry events across the US. The ideal candidate will be based on the East Coast, preferably somewhere between DC to Boston.

Your Mission:
Reporting to the Managing Director of North America, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth across the Eastern United States.
The value you add:
- Generate new business within the Eastern US and Canada by leading, orchestrating and directing all commercial efforts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure appropriate forecast and account information management
- Manage and coach a team comprised of Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Subject Matter Experts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, laboratories, and research institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives
The experience you bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales leadership role, managing a team
- Direct knowledge of Oncology and/or Inherited Rare Disease is essential, with exposure to Genomics, Mutiomics, and NGS is highly valuable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as required 50-75%
