The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as a hands-on sales leader and mentor for the enterprise account executive group, lifting how large opportunities are assessed, advanced and won. Partner closely with sellers on strategic deals while establishing the practices that make revenue projections dependable.
What you'll do
- Mentor enterprise account executives on discovery calls, mapping decision makers, communicating value, negotiating and closing large, complex deals.
- Facilitate regular deal reviews, question weak pipeline entries and cut down on opportunities lost late in the cycle.
- Take ownership of pipeline health and forecasting rigor so that revenue projections can be relied on.
- Participate in important customer meetings, site visits and executive discussions to help move opportunities forward.
- Shape the enterprise selling approach, including ideal customer focus, qualification criteria and revenue operations standards.

- Roughly 8 to 12 or more years in enterprise B2B sales or sales management, with a history of winning sizable, intricate deals.
- Experience selling enterprise software to buying groups with many stakeholders.
- Time spent at a startup or fast-growing company rather than solely at a very large organization.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing senior enterprise sellers on strategy, qualification and forecasting.
- Exposure to long-term, international or strategic accounts.
- A metrics-driven habit of inspecting deals and projecting pipeline outcomes.
- Working knowledge of formal sales frameworks and how to apply them.
