  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales motions with high-value, multi-stakeholder deal cycles

  • Deep understanding of sales planning processes including capacity modeling, territory design, quota deployment, and headcount planning

  • Proven ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior leadership

  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to influence across Sales, Finance, and Operations

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools

  • Experience with CRM and sales planning platforms such as Hubspot, Claude, Gong etc

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or a quantitative discipline; MBA a plus

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Background in high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI-native companies where the operational playbook was still being written

  • History of building GTM planning infrastructure from the ground up, not just inheriting it

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Track record of compressing planning cycles and improving forecast accuracy through disciplined process design

  • Genuine excitement about Generative AI and a drive to apply it in your own workflow

Why This Role

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
