Job Title: Director, Revenue Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our revenue operations initiatives. In this leadership role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence. You will work closely with cross functional teams and Revenue Operations Leadership to align on strategic goals, revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced and evolving sales environment that requires communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and work towards a deadline. The right candidate will possess a strategic mindset that will be able to partner with sales leadership and other Go to Market team members to ensure diverse thought leadership to scale and meet our overall growth objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Process Optimization: Using strategy and critical thinking to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of scalable GtM processes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Work with growth leaders in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Technology Management: Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of Revenue Operations tools and software (e.g., CRM, Customer Success platforms). Ensure that technology solutions support the team's goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Team Development & Enablement: Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team. Develop and implement training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Serve as a key liaison between Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams. Ensure alignment on customer goals and facilitate seamless collaboration across the organization.
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, CX & Strategy, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity, retention by providing data-driven insights preferably in the software/technology industry.
- Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Data-driven mind-set with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making.
- A strong team player who supports their team and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding.
- Experience with Salesforce and integrations with third party apps and ERP
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate managing deadlines and expectations, identifying blockers, and .
- Strong team leadership skills to continue growing and scaling GTM Operations organization.
- Excellent listening, verbal, written communication skills. Familiarity with drafting business requirements (including functional and technical components), use case, user story format and SOPs
- Experienced in G-suite and MS Office
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field required.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based.
- The target pay range for this role is: $145,000 - $160,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
