As the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy of the company. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency across revenue-generating functions, and providing insights that drive business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional leadership.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Commercial Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and customer success.
  • Sales Operations & Forecasting: Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management to drive efficiency and predictability. Own commercial booking forecast and communication to Executive Leadership.
  • Quota and Commission Plan Design: Develop and refine commission structures that align with company objectives and sales incentives.  Collaborate with Syndigo Accounting/Commissions to help ensure accurate, efficient, effective commissions processing and field communications
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align commercial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue management.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Strong background in sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$144,000$180,000 USD
