You will drive operational excellence in partnership management by overseeing performance tracking, optimization, and reporting, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including finance, operations, and others-to translate partnership opportunities into scalable business solutions. Serving as the primary business point of contact for key partnerships and integrations, you will also design and implement processes for evaluating, onboarding, and managing partnerships to ensure long-term success and growth.

The salary range for a Director, Retail Media GTM + Operations is $130,000 - 160,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.

In this role, you will...
- Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate on the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of high-impact media partnerships that align with Bilt's neighborhood commerce strategy and drive member engagement
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes for partnership management, including performance monitoring, reporting frameworks, and optimization strategies
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless partnership integration and maximum business impact
- Business Development: Collaborate with the GM to drive strategic media partnerships, including advertising networks, local commerce platforms, and retail media opportunities
- Analytics & Optimization: Establish KPI frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary business liaison for enterprise media partners, ensuring strong relationships and successful long-term partnerships

- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify new partnership opportunities and industry trends
- Partnership Operations: Develop and maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and operational procedures
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members and cross-functional project teams
- Executive Communication: Present partnership performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members
In terms of qualifications, we're seeking:
- 7 - 8+ years of experience in business operations, business development, or partnership management roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
