Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to drive our go-to-market strategy and support our rapidly growing enterprise business. This role will be instrumental in positioning BlinkRx as the preferred partner for life science companies and healthcare providers, while also supporting our consumer-facing initiatives. This leader will not only market products but also shape how the world sees and understands the problem BlinkRx solves.

What You’ll Do:

Messaging, Positioning & Personas

  • Develop and own the BlinkRx messaging framework that anchors us in a distinct category space, clearly differentiates us in the market, and resonates across diverse personas.
  • Build and maintain a detailed understanding of buyer and influencer personas—including their goals, pain points, decision criteria, and purchase journey.
  • Ensure persona insights directly inform product positioning, content, and sales strategies.
  • Articulate and evangelize our unique Point of View (POV) on the market problem, ensuring that messaging communicates not only “why BlinkRx” but also “why now” and “why solving this matters”

Thought Leadership

  • Lead industry research, market insights, and thought leadership efforts to refine positioning and inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and executives to identify industry-leading content topics and collaborate on content creation, including whitepapers, webinars, conference presentations, and opinion pieces.
  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities, media placements, and event participation that amplify BlinkRx’s presence and authority
  • Foster a culture of storytelling excellence, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain a robust library of sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to train and equip the team with persona-specific messaging, market insights, and product knowledge that accelerates deal velocity.

Product Marketing

  • Partner with Product Management to translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to specific personas.
  • Support product launches with integrated go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment between product capabilities, market needs, and buying behaviors.
  • Conduct ongoing market and customer research to guide product roadmap decisions and GTM strategies.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop product marketing and content teams
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales teams and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Experience in marketing to life science companies, healthcare providers, or related industries
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Why Join Us:

It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
