About the Role

Dandy is hiring an outstanding Product Marketing leader to join our growing, venture-backed company. Candidates should have a strong desire to win, with the ability to move at pace to achieve something big in an industry ripe for disruption.Product Marketing plays a vital role at Dandy, serving as the glue that connects our broader vision to the strategies and tactics required to deliver commercial results. This leader will oversee the entire Product Marketing team, which currently includes five product marketers, with two additional roles planned for 2025. Candidates must be able to dive deep into the dental vertical, establish a clear vision for who Dandy will be in the market, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to win this space together.

What You'll Do

  • Understand our market and the customer more than anyone else at Dandy

  • Anticipate market changes, tailwinds, and headwinds, and ensure Dandy is innovating to serve evolving customer needs

  • Own and leverage the full spectrum of tools to drive market impact, from market & customer insights, to value props and messaging, to pricing and packaging strategy, and more

  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity like a B2B marketer, but activate with the creativity and speed of a B2C marketer

  • Create compelling, memorable strategies and approaches that cut through a crowded market and differentiate Dandy

  • Partner with the executive leadership team and our BD function to identify and drive strategic growth vectors

  • Further evolve the connective tissue between Product and the broader GTM, integrating PMM and Product teams early on, and owning planning and success for major launches with GTM teams

  • Develop, grow, and retain a strong and influential Product Marketing team

  • Shape a culture where complex ideas become simple, teams operate with commercial impact in mind, and every initiative ties back to revenue impact. Team should optimize for:

    • Boiling concepts down to their core, distilling complex ideas into simple and powerful messages targeted at the heart of customer pain points and opportunities

    • Commercial impact, balancing compelling messaging / claims with technical (clinical) credibility

    • Leveraging commercial insights (Sales conversations, paid ad testing, etc.) to quickly learn and pivot

    • Revenue and/or broader KPI impact - every team member should own and ideate within an impactful surface area

You Are

  • An experienced leader with 12+ years overall and 6+ years in product marketing, with a track record of both launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them for maximum impact

  • Customer-obsessed and commercially minded, always balancing user needs with business outcomes

  • An operator who keeps teams focused and moving quickly without sacrificing creativity or results

  • A strategist with deep customer intuition, comfortable placing bets, connecting insights to broader opportunities, and aligning teams to bring them to life

  • Strategic yet hands-on, unafraid to dive into the details when needed

  • Humble and low-ego, building credibility from the bottom up

  • Comfortable taking risks, challenging the status quo, and pursuing innovation

  • Both creative and analytical - able to drive thought leadership, informed by data, while ensuring impact is measurable and maximized

  • Energized by both strategy and execution, with no hesitation to roll up your sleeves

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to every challenge

Compensation Range: $232K - $290K
