Welcome to Agerpoint

Agerpoint is reshaping how the world captures, analyzes, and manages field data, powering a more resilient food supply and safeguarding natural ecosystems. By merging advanced AI, agentic models, and data fusion, we’re building the next-generation spatial platform that delivers unprecedented insights for agriculture and environmental conservation.

Our Agerpoint Capture app transforms any smartphone into a data acquisition tool, making it simple to record ground-level truth of crops and trees. These real-time visual models sync seamlessly with Agerpoint Cloud, our AI-native data platform that integrates satellite imagery, drone surveys, field sensors, and human observations to produce highly precise, quantifiable digital twins and analytics.

From estimating yield and identifying disease to assessing biodiversity, Agerpoint’s data cloud delivers actionable intelligence that drives better decision-making for agriculture, forestry, insurance, government, and conservation organizations.

Named a 2022 Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, Agerpoint is charting a bold path to transform how we measure and manage the planet’s vegetation. Our ultimate goal: to enhance the quality of life for all and combat climate change by fostering a data-driven revolution in how we grow our food, manage our forests, and protect our natural habitats.

The company is headquartered in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina at the Alexandria Center for AgTech - the country's first and only integrated multi-tenant, collaborative and amenity-rich R&D and greenhouse site.

As Agerpoint’s Director of Product Marketing, you’ll own the narrative and go-to-market engine that turn our AI-driven, edge-to-cloud breakthroughs into revenue-generating products. You’ll translate complex geospatial and analytics capabilities into clear value propositions, architect and execute launch plans from beta to production, and equip Sales and partners with the proof points they need to help our customers adopt the Agerpoint platform. Along the way, you’ll act as the company’s market radar, feeding competitive, customer, and pricing insights back into the roadmap to keep Agerpoint ahead of the curve. We’re looking for candidates who burn with genuine passion for Agerpoint’s mission, harnessing cutting-edge technology to secure the planet’s food supply and safeguard its natural resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning & messaging – Carve out differentiated value props for each buyer persona and keep them fresh through competitive and customer intel
  • Lead product launches – Build tiered GTM launch playbooks, run cross-functional go-live sprints, and track adoption and ARR impact post-launch
  • Quantify the market – Size TAM/SAM/SOM, map competitor moves, and surface regulatory or climate-tech trends that inform roadmap bets
  • Drive sales & partner enablement – Produce decks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and battle cards; train the field and key channel partners on “why Agerpoint now.”
  • Orchestrate demand-gen hooks – Pair with Sales to turn product milestones into webinars, content clusters, events, and analyst briefings that fill the top of funnel
  • Run the voice-of-customer loop – Lead win/loss interviews, NPS surveys, and advisory councils; package insights back to Engineering, Sales, and Leadership
  • Own pricing & packaging – Test and refine monetization models, align discount guardrails with value delivered, and support deal desk escalations
  • Champion data storytelling – Curate customer evidence (case studies, benchmarks, interactive demos) that proves impact on yield, carbon, or cost
  • Monitor success metrics – Track feature adoption, pipeline and ARR influenced, win-rate vs. competitors, and message recall in target segments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or platform product marketing; familiarity with AI/ML or geospatial data is a big plus
  • Proven experience marketing products within the agriculture, AgTech, climate-tech, or natural-asset-management sectors, with an understanding of grower workflows, sustainability metrics, and the broader food value chain
  • Demonstrated success running multiple product launches that moved revenue or adoption needles
  • Ability to translate technical nuance (computer vision, ML ops, spatial data) into crisp business value
  • Strong quantitative chops, comfortable digging into usage analytics, pricing models, and competitive datasets
  • Natural cross-functional leader who can run a war-room, inspire a webinar, and still jump into Figma for last-minute slide tweaks
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills; you sweat verbs and obsess over proof points
  • Experience working in a dynamic and cross-functional organization with a global client base

Benefits

Paid company holidays and unlimited PTO
Remote friendly and flexible work environment
Company paid healthcare benefits
401(k) retirement plan
Equity options for full-time employees
