Pickle is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Director of Product Management to revolutionize the future of warehouse automation. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product from conception to launch. You will spearhead both existing and new product development, guiding projects from ideation through commercialization. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in supply chain and warehouse operations and excels at bridging the gap between technology and customer needs to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Lead and manage the product lifecycle for warehouse automation solutions, from ideation through to launch.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with market needs.
  • Create detailed product roadmaps, specifications, and timelines to guide development efforts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and field deployment, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing clear and concise communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership in engineering, sales and marketing. 

You Are:

  • A product leader with 7+ years of experience, including senior roles with leadership and team management responsibility.
  • A PM with several years of experience working with warehouse automation or supply chain solutions.
  • Experienced driving development of solutions that combine both hardware and software - preferably involving robotics.
  • An outcomes-focused product professional dedicated to tailoring technology to customer needs. While you are technically skilled, you understand that the core issues we address with technology are human in nature.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to drive product vision and strategy from ideation through commercialization.
  • Equipped with deep expertise in supply chain and warehouse operations, successfully launching products in this domain.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong in project management, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering results under pressure.
