Role Overview:
As the Director of Product Management, Managed Services, you will lead the strategic direction, delivery, and continuous improvement of Mimecast’s Managed Services offerings. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for service delivery, customer success, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Managed Services, aligning with Mimecast’s broader business objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Excellence: Oversee onboarding, project management, and ongoing support for customers, ensuring a seamless and remarkable experience at every stage of their journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive service innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and processes to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers and internal stakeholders, representing Managed Services at the leadership level.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience leading Product for Managed Services or similar functions in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong background in service delivery, customer success, and operational management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Passion for innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this position is $193K - $288K base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
