Team Overview

This role leads the third-party platform partnership success team and is accountable for the overall success of TransUnion’s product enablement on key third party platforms. The role ensures products are enabled, delivered, and adopted through strategic third party platforms by providing and orchestrating strategic direction and execution across Technology, Solutions (Product), Markets, Sales, Operations, and Legal. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and evolve the long‑term platform enablement strategy required to scale product distribution through third‑party platforms

  • Design and enforce the platform enablement operating model, including standards, governance, and foundational KPIs, to ensure consistent execution and adherence to TransUnion data handling, privacy, compliance, and third‑party risk requirement

  • Develop and own partner‑specific platform roadmaps as the annual operating plan, with clearly documented integration priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and explicit decisions and trade‑offs

  • Define and track platform‑level performance and adoption signals (e.g., enablement status, activation signals, implementation cycles) to inform roadmap and investment decisions

  • Own the internal operating cadence with Solutions, Markets and Sales for priority third‑party platforms, coordinating working sessions, governance forums, and QBR support to ensure execution readiness, delivery and issue resolution

  • Ensure TransUnion products are implemented and available in third‑party platform production environments, with clear documentation and sustainable support as partner platforms and integrations evolve

  • Be accountable for product adoption across third‑party platform ecosystems by coordinating across Sales, Markets, Solutions, and Product Marketing to ensure readiness, clarity of what’s live and what’s coming, and effective execution

  • Maintain a current view of platform ecosystems and functionality, partner capabilities and markets served, and competitive enablement patterns to inform prioritization and strategic direction

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 10+ years of experience in platform enablement, ecosystem integrations, or product operations, including ownership of partner‑platform roadmaps and operating models in the financial services industry

  • Proven people‑leadership experience, including developing talent and building high‑performing teams, with a hands on, player coach leadership approach, evidencing the ability to scale capability over time

  • Demonstrated ability to define partnership strategy and drive execution, translating ambiguity into clear standards, plans, and outcomes

  • Strong track record of cross‑functional leadership and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Privacy, and Support without direct authority

  • Experience operating in a consultative role, influencing stakeholders through structured communication, clear framing, and sound judgment

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex, interdependent initiatives at scale

  • Working knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and third‑party risk considerations related to platform integrations and the financial services industry

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward collaboration, structure, repeatability, and operational rigor

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
