We now have an opportunity for a talented Director, Performance Marketing to join the team.
SharkNinja continues to grow, and this role will be crucial in achieving our ambitious goals in 2024. You'll work with a fantastic team of marketing & digital specialists to ensure both the Shark and Ninja brands continue to grow in the DACH region.
Some of the exciting things that you will get to do!
  • Execute the performance marketing strategy for the Shark & Ninja brands with the explicit aim of driving traffic & revenue growth
  • Collaborate daily with marketing channel specialists to drive omni-channel performance across all product categories
  • Responsible for key performance marketing metrics versus our forecast with a focus on Revenue/ROAS/Cost%
  • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPI's
  • Work closely with the marketing measurement team and ensure we adopt a data-driven approach to measuring performance
  • Analyse and interpret performance data and deliver actionable insight in a clear and concise manner
  • Build and develop strong relationships with platform partners (Such as Google & Meta) and agencies
  • Work closely with the marketing team and paid channel specialists to plan, implement and drive successful NPD launch strategies across all Digital channels
  • Competitor monitoring and benchmarking
  • We believe innovation is vital in achieving long-term growth/success and you will be expected to challenge the ordinary. We are looking for somebody who can consistently identify and test innovative opportunities
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders including the wider marketing team, commercial finance, design, trading/merch and creative
  • Regularly present and discuss performance results/opportunities to senior stakeholders
  • Assist with campaign planning (such as Black Friday) & key projects
  • Support in driving the attribution and audience strategy

  • Extensive experience in multi-channel digital marketing (ideally in an eCommerce business)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
  • A great communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, strategic and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly commercial and results driven
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who promotes collaboration
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, to ensure multiple deadlines are met at any given time
  • A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
  • Obsessed with delivering the best experience for our customers
  • Experience working in an eCommerce retail environment would be advantageous
