As the Director of Partnerships at SharkNinja, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand growth and visibility and enhance the consumer experience with our brands. You will work cross functionally with Marketing teams (Product & Integrated Marketing), Social Media, PR, Media, Analytics and Creative teams to ensure our partnerships support and amplify brand and product initiatives across all Shark and Ninja categories. From co-marketing opportunities to innovative collaborations and global expansions, you will act as the strategic connector and relationship builder who brings powerful partnerships to life.
You are a creative thinker and results-oriented leader with a passion for building strong, mutually beneficial relationships. You're comfortable navigating complex cross functional environments, crafting compelling partner narratives, and leading execution across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with SharkNinja's brand and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Social Media and Creative teams to align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and marketing launches
  • Develop and lead co-branded marketing programs with partners, including event activations, content development and media initiatives
  • Manage day to day partner relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, timely execution, and ongoing alignment
  • Track and analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Create partnership briefing documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive partnership strategies to fuel innovation
  • Represent the partnership function in global and cross functional meetings to drive alignment and influence outcomes

Key Functional Skills/Knowledge
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external partners
  • Experience driving cross functional initiatives with global teams and external collaborators
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots between brand, product, and consumer needs
  • Strong organizational skills and project management expertise across multiple complex initiatives
  • Passion for brand storytelling, innovation, and consumer centric marketing
  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign and partner performance using data
  • Creative problem solver with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, brand marketing, or related fields
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships across industries
  • Experience working with global teams and launching initiatives across international markets
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing communications and product go to market strategies
