Job Title: Director of Omnichannel Marketing
Location: Boston, MA
Job Summary:
The Director of Omnichannel Marketing will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing integrated digital and media strategies, to drive brand growth, and enhance engagement across all relevant customer segments. This role will focus on creating a cohesive omnichannel customer (HCP + patient ) experience, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.
This role will report to the VP of Therapeutic Dermatology Marketing. Key internal partners will be the HCP and consumer marketing leads to ensure that strategy is incorporated throughout omnichannel engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and lead comprehensive omnichannel media and digital strategies that align with brand objectives across multiple platforms (e.g., TV, digital, radio, social, paid search).
- Media Budgeting, Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, negotiation, and execution of online media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimization of media investments.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing investments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with HCP and patient brand marketing leads, analytics and insights team, external agencies, legal, and regulatory partners to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with digital and media agencies, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver high-quality work with measurement that align with investment plan
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging media trends and technologies, identifying innovative strategies for engagement and fostering a test-and-learn environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution, with a strong focus on media and digital marketing.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Hands-on experience with media optimization analytics and a deep understanding of the linear and digital media landscape.
- Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel campaigns, maximizing audience engagement.
- Experience with digital marketing technology platforms, web analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations, including PRC review processes and data governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience managing agency partners and vendors.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
