  • Collaborative Partner Recruitment: Work in lockstep with Operations and Network teams to support the recruitment of high-quality global partners through targeted marketing programs.
  • Partner Value Proposition: Define and amplify the global partner narrative, ensuring it resonates across different regions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Forge deep relationships across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure all marketplace and partner initiatives are tightly aligned with business priorities and product roadmaps.
  • Performance & ROI: Establish measurement frameworks to track performance across both buyer and partner workstreams; apply data-driven insights to refine strategy and demonstrate clear business impact.
  • Player/Coach Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day strategic execution.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years leading teams; experience in tech based businesses, SaaS, or marketplace environments strongly preferred; technical or manufacturing familiarity/background a plus.
  • Collaboration Expert: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to align around growth priorities.
  • Market-Centric Mindset: Highly skilled at capturing and applying the "voice of the market" to ensure all marketing efforts resonate with the target audience.
  • Experience creating supplier or partner engagement programs that scale participation and value.
  • Strong creative sensibility, with the ability to evaluate and guide campaign concepts, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Solid analytical capabilities; skilled at applying data, research, and dashboards to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate complex offerings into compelling, audience-relevant value propositions.
  • Skilled collaborator and influencer, capable of aligning executives and peers around marketplace growth priorities.
Strong people leader with experience developing managers and building high-performing teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; able to balance near-term priorities with long-term brand building.

Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation), and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, GA).
