Job Title: Director, Marketer, Sales (Strategy & Growth)
Compensation: $135,000 to $155,000

Adswerve is seeking a Director, Brand Strategy and Growth to help lead the next chapter of our commercial expansion. This role is designed for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who can navigate complex client landscapes, sell across the full Google ecosystem—including Google Marketing Platform (GMP), GA4, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)—and unlock growth opportunities across both media and analytics services.
This role will focus on building trusted relationships with brands and marketers, delivering measurable client impact, and accelerating revenue growth across our core offerings. You will play a critical part in shaping the go-to-market approach, refining our sales motions, and bringing big-picture thinking to every conversation.

Responsibilities- Lead business development across a book of prospective enterprise marketer clients, with an emphasis on cross-platform GMP, GA4, and GCP-based analytics solutions.
- In partnership with Marketing, establish and optimize processes for efficient lead qualification, assignment, and timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates and ensure a positive prospect experience.
- Architect full-funnel growth strategies that span media activation, advanced analytics, measurement solutions, and cloud-based transformation.
- Serve as the lead orchestrator for major opportunities, managing the pitch process from initial engagement to final presentation. Ensure the right Adswerve stakeholders (sales, AM, services, marketing, execs) are brought in at the right time, with clear roles and unified messaging.
- Sell across managed services, consulting, and custom solutions—with the ability to tie these into broader platform engagements.
- Identify client pain points and business opportunities, and craft compelling, solution-based narratives that demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Services, and Marketing to drive unified value delivery and seamless onboarding, upselling and cross-selling..
- Engage in strategic planning with executive stakeholders to shape growth strategies, including resourcing, process design, and commercial KPIs.
- Represent Adswerve externally as a thought leader at key industry events, trade shows, and executive forums.
- Contribute insights on competitive trends, emerging technologies and client needs to help steer solution development and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a mentor and multiplier — helping elevate the performance of fellow sellers and cross-functional teams by sharing expertise, offering guidance, and reinforcing a culture of shared success.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally with a focus on digital media, analytics, cloud, and marketing technology consulting.
- Proven ability to sell across the entire Google stack (DV360, SA360, CM360, GA4, GCP), with deep fluency in platform capabilities and business impact.
- Proficient and disciplined in the use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer contact hygiene; understands CRM usage as a core part of sales excellence and cross-functional visibility.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience creating complex, multi-product service packages across media and analytics.
- Strategic mindset with experience crafting go-to-market plans, commercial strategy, and pipeline development frameworks.
- Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across internal and client organizations.
- A track record of success navigating cross-functional collaboration, especially in matrixed or agency-service environments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a desire to innovate, build, and grow.
This position pays a base salary of $135,000 to $155,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance and a year-end company bonus. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
