What you’ll do:

The Director of International Growth will be at the forefront of NinjaTrader’s next phase of global expansion. You’ll be a key contributor in formulating and executing our international strategy—from market selection and research to go-to-market planning and driving new user growth KPIs. You will apply your personal and/or professional experiences to drive the adoption of futures trading in key markets across the globe. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing big-picture strategic thinking with the attention to detail required when operating within a regulated industry.

In this role you will:
•    Identify and lead the successful entry into new target international markets for NinjaTrader
•    Demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough market research and identify growth opportunities supported by business case development
•    Develop strategic entry plans tailored to each region’s unique characteristics, accounting for localization challenges across instrument familiarity, regulation, and the competitive landscape
•    Work with a cross-functional team across marketing, product, and engineering to localize and streamline the website experience
•    Partner with marketing to cost effectively drive new active traders through our international advertising efforts
•    Identify opportunities and manage projects to improve funnel conversion rates of organic users
•    Drive growth by fostering close relationships with key strategic partners

What you’ll need:
•    5–8 years of experience driving international growth and customer expansion in retail trading/brokerage businesses
•    Futures or CFD experience, especially in EMEA, U.K., and Australia a major plus
•    Must be action-oriented, with a proven ability to move quickly from strategy to execution; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and driving results through effective planning and implementation
•    Proficient in navigating international environments and fostering growth across diverse cultural contexts
•    Ability to serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor, managing multiple projects effectively
•    Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on business initiatives
•    Agile and analytical, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic organization while remaining proactive and persistent in pursuing goals
•    Hands-on experience with futures trading highly preferred

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $140,000 - $200,000 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 12%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 20 days per year, plus seven paid holidays. Additional details on our total compensation package and benefits are listed below.

Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL.
