  • Maintain the team’s Azure based infrastructure, including servers, hosting environments, deployment workflows, and DevOps standards.
  • Help standardize data preparation workflows, coding nomenclature, analytic tools, documentation practices, and end to end engineering quality.
  • Contribute to innovation efforts, designing new methods, analytic frameworks, and custom research technologies.
  • Work out data transfer processes with 3rd parties that comply with all contractual and ISO-270001 requirements
  • Write code and directly build models, websites, and dashboards.
  • Step in as an individual contributor when projects require support, troubleshooting, or deep technical problem solving — ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform statistical analysis, modeling, data cleaning, weighting, exploratory analysis, and interpretation of research findings.
  • Translate complex analytical and technical results into clear, compelling narratives suitable for senior leadership and clients.
  • Work cross functionally with engineers, data scientists and project managers.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, quality, and craftsmanship.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience spanning analytics, software engineering, research methodology, experimentation, or hybrid technical leadership roles.
  • Hands on experience with: SPSS, Python, SQL, Web Development, Azure, Git and GitHub, cloud hosting, APIs, and statistical modeling tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex technical topics for any audience.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong analytical thinker and problem solver with a bias toward action.
  • Detail-oriented in documentation, code comments, and handoffs — you set others up for success.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with DevOps, Agile, or CRISP-DM methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business justification, stakeholder engagement, or optimization frameworks.
  • Exposure to digital media, advertising metrics, or consumer research is a plus.
