Primary Purpose
The lead of Omnichannel Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ADUSA marketing strategy that seamlessly integrates all marketing channels to enhance customer engagement, drive new customer acquisition, build brand loyalty, and maximize revenue and ROI across all channels. This centralized marketing role supports the local brands and is pivotal in leading the MarTech and AdTech strategies and implementations. Additionally, this individual will oversee the lead media agency to ensure cohesive and effective media planning and execution and finds efficiencies across the media ecosystem by utilizing the size and scale of all of ADUSA. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, as well as a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an omnichannel marketing support strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and enhances the customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and manage the team responsible for strategizing and executing media channel campaigns for multiple brands, including search, SEO, affiliate marketing, and refer-a-friend programs, and retail media social activation. Ensure the development and implementation of effective strategies that drive brand growth and maximize return on investment across these media channels.
  • This person will provide thought leadership and oversite on media planning & buying that enables the local marketing teams to optimize their marketing campaigns and budgets across digital, social, email, mobile, and traditional channels
  • Develop a cross-brand framework that offers strategic guidance and best practices to local brands for effective campaigns and increased return on ad spend. Utilize data-driven insights to inform these marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are targeted, personalized, and effective.
  • Ensure Marketing develops, maintains and utilizes an accurate measurement framework and attribution model. Evangelize the use of this framework and model to glean actionable insights. - Develop and monitor performance of all Marketing activities against business goals and metrics, defining which channels and programs drive optimal CPA and LTV.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support brands in developing key test-and-learn strategies that leverage capabilities such as A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and attribution analysis across an integrated omnichannel marketing mix, including offline and online channels.
  • Assist brands in developing, testing, and optimizing messaging strategies tailored to various customer segments and personas, with the goal of advancing customers through the awareness, consideration, and intent phases of the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional ADUSA teams, including retail media teams, product & IT, Finance, legal, Insights, Campaign operations and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience, enhance forecasting efforts, better evaluate Marketing programs and assess new business opportunities as to the next 'best in class' marketing model for ADUSA
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across all brands, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of a top-tier MarTech and AdTech stack that enhances the offline customer-centric experience.
  • Develop and maintain use cases, roadmaps, and product feature documentation related to offline customer experience enhancements and needs. Communicate the vision and plans with stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and make prioritization decisions.
  • Effectively own and manage the central marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, agency support, and MarTech/AdTech needs to maximum return on investment.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all sources of customer data and partner with the Data and analytics teams to optimize how data is effectively utilized across the broader organization including development of automated reports and prioritization of ad hoc requests.
  • Take ownership and lead the development of customer acquisition buying journeys.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for team development by clearly articulating strategy and goals, establishing clear job expectations, managing to those expectations and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Responsible for managing clear career development plans and supportive training programs to continue to build skills and experiences.
  • Review and enhance, where necessary, all marketing processes, measurements, tech systems and analytics capabilities that are needed to enable the ADUSA Marketing Team to operate efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience with performance multi-channel marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, and all paid media channels
  • Excellent Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables)
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills - ability to translate complex data into a concise narrative with clear conclusions and action steps
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to track and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables
  • Strategic thinker who proactively envisions 'what's possible' and can build an action plan to get there
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop appropriate actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Leadership presence; ability to influence and persuade senior executives
  • Strong manager with the ability to provide day-to-day coaching, direction and feedback as require to course correct
  • Experience with A/B testing and multi-variate optimization
  • Deep experience with direct marketing campaign management and optimization
  • SQL knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $161,600 - $242,400
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $185,840 - $278,760
