Key Responsibilities

The HR Director will utilize strong leadership skills to guide the HR team and foster collaboration across departments. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying HR policies and procedures to employees at all levels. This role reports directly to the COO.

Analytical skills will be employed to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decision-making. Problem-solving abilities will be crucial in addressing employee relations issues and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, proficiency in HR software and systems will streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of HR functions.

· Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture

· Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, labor laws.

· Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and consistency.

· Design and implement performance management system that drive accountability and growth.

· Manage compensation, benefits, and Paylocity system.

· Partner with senior leadership to support organizational change, succession planning, and workforce development.

· Lead training programs that reinforce quality, safety, and continuous improvement

· Maintain and audit HR documentation in accordance with QMS and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and global workforce dynamics
