Since 2011, GoodRx has helped consumers save nearly $75 billion on the cost of their prescriptions.

Our goal is to help Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.

About this Role:

GoodRx is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Insights to lead how we measure, communicate, and evolve the value of our pharmaceutical manufacturer solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for translating complex analytics into strategic guidance that shapes the trajectory of our Manufacturer Solutions business.

As a senior leader within the team, you will direct cross-functional efforts related to performance measurement, narrative development, and stakeholder engagement—helping define how we articulate our impact to clients and across the healthcare ecosystem. You will contribute directly to strategic planning and functional execution, with ownership over initiatives that have long-term impact on commercial growth and client outcomes.

This role involves collaboration with senior executives, account teams, BI, sales, product, and external partners. It requires a combination of conceptual thinking, operational leadership, and expert judgment to address multifaceted business challenges and drive actionable outcomes.

Your Impact:

  • Shape and lead the GTM value strategy by translating organizational goals into actionable performance analytics, strategic frameworks, and scalable storytelling.

  • Act as a senior advisor and thought partner to Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing, helping align business priorities with measurable outcomes.

  • Lead development of cross-functional measurement frameworks, collaborating with internal and external data sources to quantify the value GoodRx delivers to pharmaceutical clients.

  • Establish and standardize commercial impact metrics (e.g., ROI, audience quality, attribution) used across pre- and post-sales activities.

  • Develop compelling, data-driven value narratives and executive-ready materials that support business development, renewals, and marketing thought leadership.

  • Guide internal reporting capabilities through partnerships with BI and engineering teams to ensure tools, methodologies, and platforms support strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee third-party vendor relationships and validation methodologies to ensure consistency in analytics and external credibility.

  • Contribute to organizational strategy by providing leadership in cross-functional enterprise initiatives and driving alignment on market positioning and program value.

  • Mentor and develop team members focused on performance analytics and narrative development, providing oversight on priorities, execution, and development opportunities.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, insight, and storytelling across the Manufacturer Solutions team.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic, data-driven executive with deep experience in healthcare, pharma marketing, or digital health analytics.

  • Comfortable leading initiatives with high ambiguity, visibility, and complexity, translating business goals into measurable results and strategic action.

  • Adept at navigating executive-level conversations, synthesizing data into clear, persuasive insights that influence decisions and align stakeholders.

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to reconcile different priorities and perspectives into unified strategies.

  • Known as a subject matter expert in pharma measurement, commercial analytics, or go-to-market strategy, internally or externally.

  • A strong people leader who enjoys developing talent and building resilient, insight-driven teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in analytics, GTM strategy, or healthcare consulting roles, preferably within life sciences, pharma, or digital health.

  • At least 4 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Deep experience with BI platforms and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong command of pharmaceutical marketing metrics (e.g., TRx/NBRx, ROI, attribution models).

  • Demonstrated success communicating complex insights to executive-level audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) strongly preferred.
