The Director of GTM Enablement is focused on building and running everything it takes to get Stord's GTM team including Partners, market-ready — including new-hire bootcamp, ongoing training, certifications, and the playbooks and content that support the verticalized sales motion, the Account Management renewal/expansion mandate, and the Commerce Product Suite expansion sale.
This role is a cornerstone of Stord's Long Range Plan: as the company verticalizes and scales, every seller and marketer, and partner needs to be equipped to win. The Director of GTM Enablement partners closely with Sales leadership, Account Management leadership, and Solutions Consulting/SE, and Product Marketing and reports to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations.

What You’ll Do:
  • New-Hire Bootcamp & Ongoing Training: Design and run a GTM new-hire bootcamp — sales-heavy but structured to onboard AMs and SEs as those functions scale; own ramp-time benchmarks and ensure new hires are productive faster as the org verticalizes; build and maintain the ongoing training calendar for all GTM members covering new Commerce Product Suite releases (Engage, Resolve, Protect, Unbox, Renew), process changes, and vertical-specific selling skills — with content sellers actually use day-to-day
  • Certifications, Playbooks & Sales Readiness: Design and administer a certification program tying readiness gates to product knowledge, vertical positioning, and sales methodology; build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and a content library supporting the verticalized sales motion, the AM dual renewal/expansion mandate, and the Commerce Suite expansion play; own message-market fit training, objection handling, and competitive positioning; track ramp time, certification completion, and content adoption — report enablement ROI tied to seller performance outcomes, not just activity metrics

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, with direct experience building or scaling a program (not just running an existing one) at a B2B company
  • Hands-on fluency with modern enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or equivalent) for content management, call coaching, and readiness tracking
  • AI-native: comfortable using AI tools to build training content, personalize onboarding paths, and automate certification tracking — and to help sellers use AI in their own workflow

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with organizations with new business (hunter) and installed base (farmer) teams
  • Comfort working in fast paced environments
  • Builder mentality
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce verticals; experience with vertical-organized teams
