The Director of Global Business Transformation will drive high-impact cross-functional global initiatives that turn strategic ambition into measurable, cross-functional initiatives - ensuring we invest, expand and operate more efficiently as we bring the consumer to the center of every decision.
This leader will partner closely with our executive team and other leaders at SharkNinja to lead projects that accelerate the SharkNinja flywheel, while coaching, mentoring and training our more junior team members.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
Strategy & Alignment
  • Translate corporate goals into executable initiatives
  • Define future-state processes, operating models, digital tools, and organizational structures
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and others
  • Provide executive visibility with a single lens on progress, risks, and tradeoffs

Execution & Delivery
  • Lead large-scale transformation projects that cover multiple regional, functional, and process aspects
  • Pilot and scale innovation in digital, AI, automation, and go-to-market models
  • Provide rigor and drumbeat to drive sustained, rapid progress and accelerate time to impact
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks to accelerate impact

Enablement & Change
  • Design and run change management programs to embed new ways of working
  • Build capabilities in advanced systems, analytics, and operating models
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and consumer-first thinking
  • Build employee capabilities in new tools and practices

Productivity Improvement
  • Identify opportunities and lead critical initiatives to enhance the operating efficiency of the business

Measurement & Value Realization
  • Track cost savings, revenue uplift, efficiency gains, service-level improvements for measurable P&L impact
  • Monitor and publish performance dashboards that highlight progress, risks, and opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and related functions in CPG
  • Proven track record of driving and supporting transformations across processes, systems, and organizational models and changes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement experience, with exceptional communication and "storytelling" skills and demonstrated ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including ROI measurement and P&L impact analysis
  • AI and digital experience is a strong plus
  • Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company and a fast-paced environment
  • Thrive in ambiguity, problem-solving under pressure, and willingness to pivot quickly
  • Proven track record of coaching, mentoring and leading more junior team members
  • Superior MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

$180,000-$276,000 USD
